Fatima Ahamed, Talent Development Lead

Fatima joined LACE in June 2023 as the Talent Development Lead, responsible for managing the Graduate Analyst programme and delivery of Learning and Development internally.  

Prior to working at LACE, Fatima worked at Aston University for over 5 years, supporting businesses with the development of their graduate and placement programmes. She has also worked in industry as an Early Careers Lead, for apprentices. 

Outside of work, Fatima is passionate about travelling and is on a mission to visit 40 countries before she turns 40! She also loves socialising with friends and staying active, and particularly enjoys strength training and walks in nature!
