2014 – 2018
The inception of LACE Partners was built on the core business values of passion, innovation and care. During the embryonic years to the business the first stages of growth were established and during that time we launched a number of new initiatives, including:

2019 – 2022
Despite a global pandemic during this second critical phase of LACE’s growth, as an organisation we continued to innovate, growing our people, increasing our brand footprint in the HR and Payroll space through new channels and thought leadership, as well as being recognised as a business that has a strong EVP with it’s own approach to talent attraction.
