Krystan joined LACE Partners in Jan 2023 as a Consultant with a passion for HR Transformation programmes and Business Process Design.
She has 3.5 years’ experience designing processes and embedding change for both HR Transformation Programmes (Oracle HCM, M&S) and BAU process stabilisation (SAP F&R/ECC, Co-op).
Krystan’s industry experience brings a thorough, CX focussed approach to solution designing.
Outside of work she loves to spend time with her wife, Sprocker Spaniel, and family.
